Representation of January 6 Defendants

Kristi Fulnecky represented two January 6 defendants who were ultimately pardoned by President Trump the night of his Inaguration. She was able to successfully get one defendant moved from the horrible D.C. jail to his home to Missouri where he could live with his family during the court proceedings. Her clients did nothing wrong. These January 6 defendants were political prisoners of President Biden and thankfully, President Trump rectified that wrong.
